Niall Cook
Niall Cook was appointed Brand Director of Computer People in October 2011. Prior to this, Niall was the Associate Director in the Midland and South West division.
Niall is responsible for the strategy and operation of Computer People for both contract and permanent recruitment in the UK's largest professional IT staffing company. A highly experienced expert in managing both Contract and Permanent teams focusing on high end specialist markets.
Niall has spent 17 years in Recruitment running multiple divisions in various sectors including IT, Market Research, Engineering, Accountancy and Finance.
A keen sportsman representing his country on the track and he was also a semi-professional footballer for a decade.
Nadeem Lone
Nadeem Lone was appointed Regional Manager for Computer People in March 2012, responsible for offices in Southern England, including the flagship branch in the City of London.
After graduating with honours’ in Economics, Nadeem began his career as a Financial Analyst before turning to the recruitment industry, starting with Computer People in 2006. Nadeem excelled as a consultant, being promoted a record 4 times in 2 years. His leadership qualities were recognised early by the business and he has risen through the ranks from Team Leader, to Branch Manager, and now Regional Manager in a very short time frame.
With his Business and Economics background, Nadeem understands the significance of staff and employment within an organisation, how a business’ success is intrinsically linked to the quality of staff recruited. This appreciation, drive to succeed and work ethic has helped him to hit the all goals he has set for himself so far within the Adecco Group. Nadeem leads a successful and experienced team of consultants, whose long standing relationships with their clients and candidates are testament to the importance they place in building and maintaining them.
Richard Coe
Richard Coe was appointed Computer People’s Northern Regional Manager in May 2012. Prior to this, Richard was Head of Corporate Permanent division for Computer People, Spring Technology and Modis, after moving from Computer People where he initially joined as a consultant in 2001.
Whilst at Computer People, Richard was a top performing permanent recruitment consultant, moving up the ranks to become a Branch Manager in 2007.
Richard is responsible for the Manchester and Keele offices, which deliver expert specialist IT recruitment services in both the contract and permanent recruitment market place. He instills in his teams the desire to deliver the best results for client and candidate, while focusing on honesty and excellent customer service. Under his tenure both offices have become recognised leaders in their local market, growing their businesses by recommendation and referral.
Ryan Orton
Ryan has over 14 years experience dedicated to contingency recruitment in the Technology arena.
Ryan is in his 2nd spell with Computer People amassing over 7 years in total with the business and is currently responsible for permanent recruitment service offering for London and Cambridge branches. In his previous spell with the business he managed the Reading and Brighton branches.
Prior to joining Computer People, Ryan spent the early part of his career with the S-Three group as well as owning and successfully running his own recruitment company for 4 years.
Gary Teague
Gary was appointed Regional Manager of Computer People in April 2012. Prior to this position, he was Branch Manager of our Southampton office and was rewarded the role having successfully grown his operation in excess of 22% year on year since joining the company in 2008.
He started his career in IT recruitment in 1993 and has never veered away from this specialism. Prior to joining the Adecco Group he worked for a number of major players within this sector including MSB International, Intelligent Solutions and Global Resourcing.
His commitment and dedication to the company has led him to become Regional Manager of the year for 2012.
Matt Collingwood
Matt Collingwood has almost 16 years of IT Recruitment experience gained at Computer People. He started his career in 1997 as Resourcer in the Birmingham office cutting his teeth with contract recruitment and moved onto the Permanent Recruitment team in 2009.
As a consultant, Matt holds the record for the highest Billing Consultant in Computer People’s history, writing £1.45m of billed revenue in 2006. He is currently the Regional Manager for Computer People’s Birmingham and Bristol offices and has 16 successful direct reports. Matt has achieved the award of Adecco’s top IT&T manager three times in the past seven years and has recruited some of the best sales performers in the business.
Charlie Crook
Charlie Crook joined Computer People as a Consultant in October 2004. He made his way up through the Sales ranks rapidly to become the Team Leader of the Nottingham Office in June 2007. Since January 2010, Charlie has been the Contract Manager and has doubled the size of the Nottingham business by building a formidable team of both experienced and trainee consultants.
Previously, Charlie achieved an honours degree in Business and Financial Services and has lived in New Zealand.
Charlie has a passion for great service to candidates and clients alike and believes innovative thinking coupled with mutually beneficial/fair delivery helps all parties build the right solution with trust.
Charlie was Computer People’s ‘Manager of Year 2012’ and achieved this while still billing Computer People’s Principal Consultant grade, meaning he is a superb example of a ‘hands on’ Manager who is very much in touch with his market.
Azar Hussain
Azar Hussain is a graduate of the University of Manchester and has been with Computer People since October 2004. During his time at Computer People, Azar has won the company’s top perm biller award twice and the company’s sales person of the year award once. Over the last 8 years he has also made the most permanent placements within Computer People.
Azar is known for being a big believer in doing things right, always engaging with both clients and candidates in a frank, approachable and honest way. He loves recruitment, and the potential his industry has to change people’s lives for the better.
Whilst still remaining a hands-on recruiter, a large part of his role is dedicated to building and managing a successful permanent recruitment team in Nottingham.
Mark Standen
Mark Standen has almost 12 years Recruitment experience. He started his career in IT Sales before moving into the Recruitment arena in 2001 where he worked for a large IT Recruiter called Generic Software Consultants, and later moved to Charterhouse Resource Solutions. Mark was appointed on to the Computer People board in January 2013.
In 2008 Mark joined Computer People’s Contract business following an extremely successful career in Charterhouse, where he billed in excess of £2 million per annum. Since joining Computer People he has become Consultant of the year 2012 and also was Adecco UK IT&T best performing Contract Consultant within Computer People. He currently runs Computer People Sussex (Contract & Perm) and has the best performing Contract business in the company; he is also ranked number 1 in the Contract business.
Out of the office Mark is married and has two sons (Luca & Chase) and is keen on most extreme sports having been a Skateboarder/Surfer in his youth.
