Making contact with you
You will be contacted by one of our experienced consultants. This may be via the telephone or by email and is the start of our working relationship.

Initially we will ask you lots of questions over the telephone to fully understand your experience and what you are looking for. your consultant  will provide you with up-to-date market information, CV and career advice as well as salary and benefits information.

If you call us, we will offer to ring you back to save your mobile telephone costs.
You will have out of hours access to your consultant (their mobile number) and you will be fully updated throughout the recruitment process.

You have our promise to return all calls or emails within 4 hours, wherever possible.

Your interview with us
When a suitable opportunity is identified for you, you will receive a full telephone competency-based interview so we can understand your capabilities and aspirations. 

Dependent on the defined service needs of any particular client, this may be a
face-to-face meeting either in any of our offices or at a location convenient for yourself. The objective of our interview is to:

• Understand your skills, responsibilities etc
• Cover the key achievements of your career to-date
• Discuss your career aspirations
• Understand your reasons for looking
• Review motivation to move
• Review your salary & discuss expectations 
• Gauge personal qualities
• Build our relationship with you
• Present the opportunity
• Establish your suitability for the role
• Explain the clients selection process
• Prepare you for the next stage
• Answer any questions

Following this meeting we will prepare a profile and summary of your experience ready to submit to our client with your CV and the results of any tests you may complete.
