Initial contact

You may have contacted us via email, a job application from the internet, a telephone call or we may have approached you. To start the ball rolling we will ask you for a CV.

We will acknowledge your application and then one of our consultants will spend time getting to know you - the kind of work you’re looking for, your skills and experience and what makes you tick.

We’ll spend as much time as we need to fully understand what you want. This also gives you an opportunity to get to know us, learn how we work and ask as many questions as you like.

So if you’re not sure about anything, just ask. Our experienced consultants are trained to advise you and to put you at ease.

When the ideal opportunity becomes available, or we can generate interest in your skills from our huge, extensive client portfolio, we will contact you to discuss a position and to find out more about your current circumstances ….

Many of our consultants specialise in a particular skill area. If you have any of the skills listed below within these professional environments then make sure you ask to speak to one of our specialists as they are expert in your field and have an in-depth knowledge of that market – the opportunities, clients, salaries etc.

They will be able to offer you much more specific and detailed advice about your career.
